Stepping up the collaboration between Martinez & Novebaci Law Firm and the Lombardy Journalists’ Association. Fifth meeting, last July 4 in Pavia, in the headquarter of the local newspaper “Province Pavese”, for professional training courses held by the lawyers Mr. Stefano Toniolo, head of the criminal division, and Mr. Alberto Merlo, head of the civil division.
Talks focuses on “defamation in the press, civil and criminal profiles: what the single text of the journalist’s code of practice says”. Approximately 60 journalists attended with interest the seminar by Mr. Toniolo and Mr. Merlo, as occurred in previous events in Mantua, Bergamo, Brescia and Milan, where there were 400 registered participants.
