Avv. Lance Geller
Lance Geller obtained an MBA then continued his academic career at the University of Miami
Law School. He is a Florida Bar Board Certified real estate lawyer (Board Certification is the
highest level of evaluation by the Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys in
the area of law- only 7% of Florida attorneys earn board certification in their specialty area).
Lance had extensive experience in real property, probate, and trust. He guides clients through
the process of negotiation, drafting and revising real estate documents, mortgages, deeds, and
title documents. He also represents clients in estate planning, guardianship, living wills, and
living trust. Lance has been in practice for 25 years devoted to residential and commercial
purchases and sales as well as working with local banks and private lenders on solutions for
their non-resident clients. He is fluent in Spanish with a working knowledge of Italian.
