Avv. Gregory R. Elder
Gregory R. Elder is a trial and appellate attorney, who has been practicing law for 34 years. He
is licensed to practice law in the states of Florida and Ohio, numerous federal district courts, the
federal 6th and 11th circuit appellate courts, and the United States Tax Court.
His practice focuses on commercial and business disputes, which include real estate,
employment, and various business contract disputes. His approach to cases is to be
aggressive, results oriented and to come up with creative “out of the box” solutions.
He has tried more than 50 jury trials, numerous bench trials and numerous arbitrations. He has
also handled an excess of 50 appellate cases.
In addition, he previously served as an acting judge in the Perrysburg municipal Court,
Perrysburg, Ohio.
He is a long-term member and board member of the Presbyterian Church and rotary.
