Ms. Migliorati has been a member of the Italian Bar Association since 2008, and her specific areas of practice are Civil Law, Contractual law, Real Estate law, Commercial Law, and Succession law. Since 2010, she has been also working in the specific field of Digital Law and Privacy Law. On 9 June 2016, she was granted the certification of Private Officer & Privacy Consultant (TUV). She has worked as an adjunct professor at the Post-Graduate School of Comparative Private Law in Turin and the Bocconi University; from 2003 to 2006, she worked as an instructor at the University of Bergamo. She has provided legal services for contractual matters concerning social media platforms, which included drafting contracts and documents for the compliance with corporate and privacy obligations. She has also provided consulting to law firms and notaries public on matters of Corporate Law, Succession Law, and Real Estate Law. In the last few years, she has been working as a consultant in the areas of Contractual Law, Corporate Law, Real Estate Law, Privacy law, and in the specific field of Digital Law. At present, she is authoring periodical special issues on topics of Civil Law, Banking Law and Corporate Law published by Giuffrè, a leading Italian publisher. She also works as an adjunct professor of Privacy Law at Link Campus, University of Rome.
