The case addressed by the law deals with the debated topic of vaccines.
In particular, the Judge says that the parent who opposes vaccines and, instead, favors homeopathic treatment and dietary regimes risks being excluded from shared custody regarding decisions on the health and nutrition of the child. What really counts is the moral and material interest of the minor, nothing else. Therefore, if the parent is not able to take protective decisions for the child, she risks being excluded from this shared sphere related to the child’s health.
