Avv. Daniele Terranova
Born in Cantù (CO) in 1984, Daniele attended the Finance Police Academy and served as an Officer for over a decade.
He acted as the commanding officer of several territorial units, and as section commander in charge of tax audits within the Tax Police Units. He gained specific experience on cross-border issues, and in particular on the use of offshore companies to evade taxes, permanent establishments, transfer pricing, residence of legal and physical persons, tax monitoring, foreign assets, and currency and anti-money laundering regulations.
He holds a master’s degree in Economic and Financial Security Sciences, a master’s degree in Law, and two postgraduate degrees, one in International Tax Law and the other in Procedural Tax Law from the University Tor Vergata, Rome.
He is an associate of the Law Firm in Milan, specializing in tax litigation and international tax.
